Job Summary
Serve as studio leader in the absence of GM/AGM/COS, assessing customer needs and maintaining quality standards for services. Greet, assist, and check in customers while responding to questions via phone, email, and in person. Handle studio membership databases, register new clients, process payments, and guide clients on promotions and events. Deliver first-class hospitality in the Fuel Bar by handling pre-orders, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring clean, welcoming environments. Mentor peers, provide same-day coaching and feedback, and support marketing initiatives through client data capture and community engagement. Maintain client relationships, uphold brand standards, and participate in all relevant training and development programs.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hospitality customer service skills
- Alignment with Barry's Mission, Vision and Values
- Availability to work 4 to 5 shifts
- Availability to work a weekend day
- Must be at least 18 years or older to apply
