Job Summary
Lead studio operations and sales by assessing customer needs, registering new members, and managing the membership database while ensuring all clients receive a warm welcome and personalized hospitality. Greet customers, respond to inquiries via phone and email, and guide them on promotions and discounts. Maintain quality standards by evaluating satisfaction, providing same-day coaching feedback to team members, and delivering first-class service in the Fuel Bar, including handling pre-orders and maintaining product knowledge. Support facility maintenance by cleaning equipment, locker rooms, and common areas, as well as managing laundry services. Act as a brand ambassador and mentor to peers, driving morale and accountability while upholding company culture and participating in relevant training and development programs.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hospitality customer service skills
- Alignment with Barry's Mission, Vision and Values
- Availability to work 4 to 5 shifts, one being a weekend day
- Friendly, outgoing personality and enjoy social interaction
- Exhibits enthusiasm for the studio and for the job
- Must be a patient, courteous listener, able to show empathy
- Responding to clients request with a can-do attitude
- Cooperative manner with a focus on team culture
- Ability to prioritize and work within a fast-paced environment
- Have an eye for detail and care for the studio's appearance and cleanliness
- Work as a cohesive team with all Barry's staff members to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain a professional appearance and behavior
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
