Job Summary
Lead and develop the multidisciplinary team delivering work for a major US sports client, managing high-volume operations across content, publishing, design, analytics, and AI-enabled services. Maintain a clear operating picture of priorities, deadlines, and risks while setting workload standards and inspecting delivery to ensure quality and pace. Turn unclear requests into practical plans with defined outcomes, owners, and dependencies, using data to diagnose problems rather than simply reporting activity. Coordinate closely with design, product, engineering, and client leaders to manage handoffs and prevent capacity bottlenecks, independently making day-to-day decisions and escalating only when necessary. Prepare concise client updates for incidents and difficult news, improving the operating system through process changes and automation.
