Client Operations Associate

Client Operations Associate responsible for processing client money and asset movements with accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities include handling domestic and international wire transfers, ACH/EFT, internal transfers, cash journals, money market transactions, and asset transfers between custodians; verify transfer instructions; ensure all transactions are authorized, documented, and compliant; track settlements; monitor custodian alerts; research and resolve issues with custodians and internal teams; provide status updates on transfer activity and cash availability; maintain records and documentation; serve as a subject-matter resource on cash movement procedures; assist with audits and compliance testing; escalate discrepancies with Compliance and Management; prepare and process electronic/digital authorizations; support additional operational projects. Requires familiarity with wire processing or cash operations in financial services or brokerage and ability to work both in teams and independently. This is a non-exempt, potentially hybrid-role after training.
