Job Summary
Client Onboarding Team Lead responsible for owning the end-to-end onboarding experience for global treasury implementations, representing as the project manager and single point-of-contact for assigned implementations, delivering a first-class client experience, scoping client requests into detailed specifications, and collaborating with internal partners to exceed expectations. The role requires leading cross-functional teams, managing timelines and dependencies, utilizingMS Office tools and workflow/document repositories, and applying problem-solving to remove obstacles while maintaining strong client/partner relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with project management
- Comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic client-facing environment
- Ability to clearly communicate, partner, and influence - leading others to a common goal
- Experience in Payments and Receivables or eagerness to learn
- Consulting or business analysis experience in ERP, systems integration, or API space a plus
- MS Office Suite experience
- Ability to assess, prioritize, and manage time effectively
