Client Onboarding Specialist - Shared Living/Sober Living (Remote)

Job Summary
Conduct 30-minute one-on-one onboarding video calls with new clients, guiding them through the onboarding process, program expectations, and first steps. Discuss client goals, answer initial questions, and schedule each client's next call with their advisor while following established scripts and maintaining a natural, engaging conversation. Deliver a consistent, positive client experience and support additional fulfillment tasks as needed. Available to work U.S. Pacific Time business hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM PT), with weekend availability preferred. This role is part of Paired's Fulfillment team, where we connect talented individuals with innovative social media strategies and great companies.
Required Qualifications
- Available to work U.S. Pacific Time business hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM PT)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, energetic attitude
- Comfortable leading one-on-one video calls
- Quick learner who can follow scripts and processes
- Proactive, organized, and reliable
- Long-term mindset
- Experience in client onboarding, customer success, coaching, virtual assistance, customer support, or similar client-facing roles
- Experience following scripts or talk tracks
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with shared living and/or sober living homes
- Real estate knowledge
- Weekend availability
