Job Summary
Client Onboarding Specialist responsible for guiding new clients through the firm’s onboarding process, coordinating document collection and review, and ensuring successful onboarding. Responsibilities include handling client intake, utilizing Salesforce CRM for client-support tasks, ensuring completeness and uploading of documents to the client management system, following up with clients to complete onboarding, and performing related tasks as directed by attorneys. Must thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment, communicate clearly, and support a high-quality onboarding experience for clients seeking refinancing/defense-related legal services. Remote role with a schedule of Sunday through Thursday, 1:00 PM–10:00 PM EST; the position emphasizes client service, documentation management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales or customer-facing roles (preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar CRM systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle high-volume calls in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong document review capability
- Proactive follow-up and reliability
- Bi-lingual is a plus (e.g., Spanish)
