Client Onboarding Specialist

Create and maintain customer and project setups in Workday, including templates, revenue schedules, and engagement documents like engagement letters and statements of work. Onboard new clients to the Armanino Access App, answer onboarding inquiries, and manage annual project renewals while ensuring data accuracy and system administration. Develop operating procedure documentation, assist in firmwide transformation initiatives, and recommend procedural changes to improve service quality.
