Job Summary
Lead end-to-end client onboarding for Citi Commercial Bank deals within the Treasury and Trade Solutions onboarding team, coordinating with Sales, Product Management, Client Services and Operations to deliver client onboarding services and ensure contractual alignment. Develop and maintain customized project plans, establish governance, reduce aging/cycle time, and provide senior management updates. Serve as the single point of contact for the client and internal partners, manage cross-functional implementation teams, escalate issues, and drive process improvements while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high-quality delivery across complex and low-complexity onboarding deals. Requires strong project-management, communication, and leadership skills, with English and Mandarin fluency a must, and a willingness to work across time zones. Responsibilities include end-to-end onboarding oversight, testing/support, and ensuring successful migration to live production, with a focus on delivering value to mid-market clients and aligning with Citi’s regulatory and contractual obligations.
Required Qualifications
- 3-7 years of project management experience
- Fluency in English & MANDARIN is a must
- Project Management Certification by a reputable organization (i.e. PMI) is preferable or diploma in business/economics
