Job Summary
Analyst in Digital Document Services responsible for maintaining documentation records, extracting data from documentation and entering it accurately into systems, validating information to support quality and accuracy, and delivering work within agreed service levels. Supports initiatives such as data cleanups and process improvements, contributes to metrics analysis and firmwide initiatives, and collaborates with internal stakeholders. Requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with data management tools (Excel and SharePoint), and a process-driven, quality-focused mindset to ensure time-sensitive and reliable reporting. The role offers exposure to cross-line-of-business collaboration and hands-on learning in a regulated/documentation-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma holder
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to use data management tools (Excel and SharePoint) effectively
- Partner effectively with internal stakeholders
- Work independently with strong attention to detail
