Job Summary
Client Onboarding Coordinator responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for corporate clients entering the mentoring ecosystem. Acts as a central liaison across Sales, Finance, Coaching, Platform, and Community teams to activate clients efficiently, match them with mentors, and support early engagement. Requires strong organization, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple workflows with a client-first mindset. Key duties include onboarding calls, calendar management, platform-access/file reinstatement processes, mentor allocation, payment-status monitoring, Zendesk ticket handling, and cross-department collaboration to ensure timely activation, retention, and onboarding success.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in client relations, program coordination, onboarding, or customer support roles.
