Job Summary
VP-level Client Onboarding Business Manager coordinates information for COS senior leadership, crafts high-quality executive presentations and special topics, participates in planning key business initiatives, provides data and reporting for senior-level meetings, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, documents complex topics for management discussions, drives efficiencies and risk management in finance/budgets, collaborates with functional leads on strategic goals, identifies dependencies and impediments, and manages a team of business management analysts. The role emphasizes executive communication, data visualization, and programs across multiple functions within the COS and F&BM organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Finance or Business Management
- 5 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of information to tell a relevant story
- Strong experience in creating professional presentations for senior executives
- Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and adapt to unexpected circumstances
- Experience in managing programs and strategic initiatives across multiple functions
- Self-directed with the ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail
- Critical thinker with the ability to analyze information and provide sustainable solutions
- Energetic and results-oriented team player
- Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and other workplace tools
- Previous people management experience
