Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and maintain copiers, printers, and network connectivity equipment to optimal operating conditions while identifying cost-effective troubleshooting procedures. Install and adjust equipment on-site, manage inventory, and follow procedures for removal and delivery of gear. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing concerns with a positive attitude and ensuring optimal outcomes. Drive to client locations using a company vehicle to perform installations and onsite adjustments. Requires lifting up to 100 pounds, standing for eight hours, and a valid driver's license. Required Qualifications
- Experience resolving customer issues
- A proven attendance history and a strong desire to excel
- A valid driver's license
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills (use of company email for external customer communications)
- Lift, push or pull up to 100 pounds
- Load trucks and vehicles
- Stand up to 8 hours a day
- Drive to client locations - company vehicle is provided to facilitate employee travel between job sites and personal use of company vehicle is not allowed
Desired Qualifications
