Client Office Phlebotomist-Part-time Days CO

Part-time Phlebotomist needed at Northwestern Medicine, working 24 hours/week across Skokie and Winnetka sites. Responsibilities include venipuncture collection and specimen processing, order entry in multiple systems, verification of test results, patient information retrieval and lab clerical duties, specimen labeling/packaging, maintaining sample integrity, and ensuring a safe work environment. Demonstrates AIDET, communicates with Laboratory/Physician teams regarding specimen issues, and adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and phlebotomy certification or CMA certification, with pediatric experience strongly preferred; schedule Monday–Thursday with specific 2pm-7pm/8am-5pm shifts. Emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and competency in laboratory operations, including QC/QA, equipment maintenance, and EMR systems knowledge.
