Job Summary
Manage client accounts by acting as the principal supply chain point of accountability, fostering relationships with mobility contacts and internal teams, and preparing input for recurring client reviews. Execute end-to-end supplier management including sourcing, negotiation, contract administration, and performance analysis while developing tailored reporting on network trends and spend. Drive strategic initiatives to maximize value and minimize cost by optimizing service utilization, supporting RFPs and RFIs, and conducting market research to advise clients on implications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in supplier management
- Experience in the relocation industry
- Understanding of e-procurement systems
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills across supplier and client settings, including assuming the position of lead presenter
- Decision Making, ethics, values and the ability to influence others
- Results Driven-Ability to manage multiple projects and activities
- Attention to detail, highly organized and deadline focused
- Process oriented and ability to contribute to continuous improvement
- Ability to quickly analyze, identify and implement opportunities and company initiatives for improvement and revenue growth
- Ability to research companies and determine the best suppliers to reach out to for various projects
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative global team
- Ability to respond resourcefully and constructively to new demands, priorities and challenges
- Strong leadership and relationship management
- Understanding of cross-cultural / global issues
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree a plus
- CRP, GMS or CIPS certification a plus
- Native/Fluent English verbal and written
