Job Summary
Client Market Analyst focused on Employee Benefits renewals and growth opportunities. Responsible for supporting the renewal cycle including preparing and sending RFPs, reviewing and analyzing quotes, and assisting with proposal preparation. Maintains Epic documentation of services, coordinates with carrier partners and internal teams, and contributes to client presentations and reporting. Primary emphasis on fully insured, self-funded, and level-funded segments with duties spanning data gathering, marketing analysis, rate negotiations, and identifying best-fit benefit offerings using Hylant analytics tools. Strong emphasis on client service, accurate data reporting, and cross-team collaboration to drive renewals and new business opportunities. Requires effective communication, problem-solving, and multitasking in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years' experience in Employee Benefits function (preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication skills (listening, speaking and writing)
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Detail-oriented and accurate on finished products
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to organize, plan and prioritize with effective results
- Team player with open to constructive criticism and ideas
