Job Summary
Manage and service a portfolio of commercial trucking insurance accounts by reviewing policies, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating with underwriters for placement. Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements while handling client inquiries and resolving coverage issues. Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and maintain accurate client records in the CRM system. Develop retention strategies and prepare documentation including certificates and policy summaries. Requires an active P&C license, 3-5 years of commercial insurance experience, and bilingual English/Spanish skills. Located in Leola, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License
- 3-5 years of commercial insurance experience, with specific focus on trucking/transportation insurance
- Comprehensive knowledge of commercial trucking insurance products and coverage
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations and transportation compliance requirements
- Proficiency in insurance policy management and risk assessment
- Experience with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent account management and client service skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of transportation industry risk management practices
