The Client Manager on the Select Team is responsible for managing new and renewal policies, ensuring timely and accurate coverage while delivering superior customer service to clients. Key responsibilities include identifying exposures, preparing comprehensive submissions, and coordinating customer service with the Client Executive. The role requires a licensed P&C producer with 3-5 years of experience in agency or carrier settings, strong knowledge of underwriting and commercial accounts, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should demonstrate initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining outstanding customer service.

Required Qualifications

  • Licensed P&C Producer
  • Experience and the desire to work with small businesses and their insurance needs
  • Minimum 3-5 years working with an agency or carrier, handling commercial accounts
  • Understands and can analyze commercial lines coverages, forms and policies

Desired Qualifications

  • Appropriate professional designation(s) - CIC, AAI, CPCU, ARM a plus
  • Strong knowledge of underwriting procedures, rating plans and state and federal insurance laws
  • Intermediate user of MS Office products, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel
