Client Manager - Select Segment

Manage and retain Select accounts by reviewing customer contracts, performing needs and gap analysis, and delivering accurate billing and fee agreements. Conduct daily service activities including client inquiries, endorsement processing, proposal completion, and exposure documentation. Schedule strategy meetings, document outcomes, and collaborate with internal and external parties to gather updated underwriting information. Ensure legal and compliance needs are met while maintaining client profitability on assigned books of business. Maintain market knowledge to anticipate shifting client needs and contribute to ongoing process improvement.
