Job Summary
Responsible for managing Owner Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIP) and Contractor Controlled Insurance Programs (CCIP) for construction projects. Key responsibilities include brokering and administering insurance placements, reviewing contracts for insurance requirements, overseeing contractor enrollment and compliance tracking, coordinating claims activity, and analyzing loss experience to recommend mitigation strategies. Strong qualifications include experience in wrap‐up insurance, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication abilities. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, relevant industry experience, and a Property & Casualty License.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience in wrap‐up insurance, construction risk management, or related fields.
- Prior experience managing OCIP/CCIP programs required.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, and Excess Liability within construction environments.
- Property & Casualty License required.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience marketing and brokering wrap‐up insurance coverages preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret loss data, payroll reports, audit results, and contractual language.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross‐functionally and convey complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
