Job Summary
Become the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships while providing timely, knowledgeable support through phone, email, and video calls. Lead the onboarding experience for new clients by coordinating every step of the implementation process to ensure smooth transitions. Partner with internal teams to coordinate requests, solve problems, and handle issues quickly with high follow-through. Stay connected with clients through regular check-ins to identify experience improvements and strengthen long-term partnerships. This role requires a positive attitude and strong work ethic in a high-volume, fast-paced office environment.
