Job Summary
Quota-bearing Client Manager responsible for owning and growing strategic client accounts, driving revenue growth through expansions and renewals, and delivering outstanding client experiences across solution areas. Partners with clients to understand business needs and align them with NTT DATA’s services, coordinating internal stakeholders to execute account strategies and achieve revenue and margin targets. Requires enterprise account development, value-selling with technology solutions and professional services, strong stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills, cross-regional collaboration, and CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce). Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in a client-facing, quota-bearing sales or account management role
- Strong background in IT services or professional services sales
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Strategic mindset with ability to translate client needs into solutions
- Experience working across regions and coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce
