Job Summary
Client Manager role in Mississippi overseeing end-to-end servicing of an assigned commercial book (renewals/remarkets, endorsements, certificates, audits, claims support) and serving as the primary service contact. Responsibilities include advising clients on coverage, identifying gaps, coordinating solutions with producers and carrier partners, ensuring speed and accuracy on certificates and endorsements, maintaining disciplined documentation in AMS360, collaborating with producers to retain clients and uncover cross-sell/upsell opportunities, and escalating complex renewals or claims. Requires an active P&C license and commercial lines experience; AMS360 experience is a plus and Salesforce familiarity is helpful. Hybrid work arrangement, primarily in-office in Mississippi with ramping period and occasional collaboration at other Mississippi offices.
