Job Summary
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and Production Leads, translating client goals into project objectives and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively develop relationships with public and private clients, prepare engineering proposals including scope and fee development, and negotiate change orders. Guide service implementation to verify scope, schedules, and quality standards are met while collaborating on invoicing and collections. Participate in pre-application meetings, conduct market intelligence gathering, and pursue new business opportunities aligned with strategic goals. Mentor team members and review engineering plans. Requires a Colorado PE license, 10 years of experience, and Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university or related discipline
- Valid Colorado PE license
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience required
