Job Summary
Client Manager for Land Development in Colorado Springs responsible for securing and managing projects and maintaining the primary client relationship. Delivers project lifecycle leadership from concept through design and construction, ensuring goals, quality, schedule, and budget adherence. Serves as the liaison between clients and Production Leads, translating client goals into project objectives, managing scope changes and changes orders, supporting invoicing and collections, preparing engineering proposals, participating in client meetings, and driving business development and client satisfaction. Requires strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Project/PowerPoint, and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering with a Colorado PE license and at least 10 years of related experience. Mentors mid- to senior-level staff and contributes to market strategy and client engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
- Valid Colorado PE license
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience
