Client Manager - Land Development

Job Summary
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and Production Leads, translating client goals into project objectives while managing expectations and resolving scope changes. Proactively develop new client relationships, prepare engineering proposals including fee development and contract negotiation, and guide service implementation to verify performance standards. Collaborate with the Project Accountant for invoicing and collections, participate in pre-application meetings and client presentations, and track quarterly marketing reports. Mentor engineering team members, review and seal engineering plans, and maintain awareness of industry trends and regulations to inform pursuit strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university or related discipline
- Valid Colorado PE license
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience required
