Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of loan administration clients, overseeing onboarding, operational delivery, and ensuring exceptional client service throughout the client lifecycle. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Loan Analysts and Senior Loan Analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective workload management. Oversee key activities including transaction processing, cash and position reconciliations, investor reporting, waterfall calculations, and lifecycle event management. Act as the primary client contact and escalation point, building strong relationships with clients, software providers, and internal stakeholders while driving operational excellence and process improvements. Support business growth by contributing to new business opportunities, client demonstrations, and the continuous enhancement of loan administration services.
Required Qualifications
- You have a degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
- You have at least 5 years of experience in loan administration, facility agency, loan servicing, CLO administration, debt operations, or a related financial services environment
- You have proven experience managing client relationships
- You have proven experience leading teams
- You have proven experience working collaboratively with offshore teams and third-party stakeholders
- You possess strong knowledge of debt and credit administration systems
- You possess excellent analytical skills
- You possess excellent organisational skills
- You possess excellent problem-solving skills
- You possess strong Microsoft Excel proficiency
- You have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
