Client Manager First Line Client Specialist, AVP Hybrid

Senior-level Client Specialist role within Global Market Operations focusing on First Line Client support to sales, client executives, and clients across the client and sales lifecycle. responsibilities include end-to-end onboarding and maintenance of high-value accounts, reducing administrative burden on the sales team, diagnosing root causes and implementing tactical and strategic solutions, acting as a key escalation point for pre- and post-trade processes, monitoring desk controls to minimize credit line breaches, resolving booking, settlement, and margin disputes, and driving process improvements to enhance STP.
