Job Summary
Senior-level Client Specialist role within Global Market Operations focusing on First Line Client support to sales, client executives, and clients across the client and sales lifecycle. responsibilities include end-to-end onboarding and maintenance of high-value accounts, reducing administrative burden on the sales team, diagnosing root causes and implementing tactical and strategic solutions, acting as a key escalation point for pre- and post-trade processes, monitoring desk controls to minimize credit line breaches, resolving booking, settlement, and margin disputes, and driving process improvements to enhance STP. The role requires collaborating with sales, client executives, and operations to provide cross-product solutions, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and knowledge of Capital Markets, with familiarity in FX and risk/settlement systems. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of experience in relevant areas; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Bloomberg; excellent problem-solving abilities; and the ability to work independently and within a team.
