Job Summary
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients as their primary point of contact, facilitating regular meetings to review progress and resolve issues promptly. Lead project teams to deliver quality outcomes on time and within budget, overseeing scope, schedules, and profitability while managing scope changes and billing. Monitor KPIs related to client satisfaction and revenue targets, creating proposals that align with company standards and identifying upselling opportunities. Actively seek new partnerships and represent Fieldstone A&E at industry events to drive growth. Mentor junior team members through professional development reviews and feedback. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience in production home building or project management.
Required Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client presentations and public speaking
- Advanced negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and ensure profitability
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of quality assurance and quality control practices in architecture and engineering
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in production home building, project management, or a related field
