Client Manager, Employee Benefits - Insurance Advisory Solutions Northeast

Client Manager, Employee Benefits manages the employee benefits needs of clients, including onboarding, renewals, plan documentation (SPDs, SBCs, Wrap Documents, certificates of insurance), and Open Enrollment. Responsible for preparing client presentations and executive summaries with claim experience, benchmarking, rate renewals, and design alternatives; coordinating communication with clients and insurance partners; soliciting proposals for additional lines of insurance; ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all client interactions; and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. Requires strong presentation and written communication skills, proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook, and an active state license; Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years related experience; starting salary around $85,000+ and negotiable.
