Job Summary
Responsible for managing relationships with corporate clients, launching and driving employee banking programs to increase enrollments, onboarding new clients, and developing and executing programs; partners across the enterprise to improve client experience, acquire new business and expand relationships; supports product development and deployment, including creating sales training programs and marketing materials to educate clients and internal teams on product capabilities; manages product financials (revenue, profit margins) and risk controls; collaborates with internal stakeholders to obtain insights about markets and competitors to develop products that meet client needs and drive adoption.

- Ability to develop, deepen and manage trusted relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills
