Job Summary
Manage external client relationships and drive new growth channels by launching and executing employee banking programs to increase enrollments and deepen partnerships. Initiate and oversee all new client onboarding while supporting comprehensive product development plans, including creating sales training materials and managing investment profiles and P&L activities. Provide market trend analysis to sales and marketing teams to enhance product offerings and ensure high adoption rates through effective risk controls and stakeholder collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Executive presence for both client facing and internal presentations
- Manages priorities without sacrificing quality
- Experience with external client facing relationships
- Ability to develop, deepen and manage trusted relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Results-oriented with proven track record of establishing accountability
