Job Summary
Manage external client relationships and develop new growth channels for employee banking programs. Initiate onboarding for new clients while driving enrollments to deepen relationships and enhance experiences. Support product development and deployment by creating sales training materials and managing investment profiles and P&L activities. Partner with stakeholders to analyze market trends and competitive landscapes, ensuring product offerings align with client needs and adoption goals. Implement risk controls in partnership with support partners to maintain operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Executive presence for both client facing and internal presentations
- Manages priorities without sacrificing quality
- Experience with external client facing relationships
- Ability to develop, deepen and manage trusted relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Results-oriented with proven track record of establishing accountability
- Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WebEx
