Job Summary
Client Manager oversees advanced technical support for Client Executive Service and performs Client Administrator duties for existing clients, coordinating with team members. May assist as Client Executive Service for assigned accounts, preparing renewal and new business presentations, drafting renewal specifications and proposals, and managing marketing of renewal business. Responsibilities include reviewing experience modification projections, validating state rating calculations, ensuring timely policy delivery via email, in person, or online portal, and supporting stewardship and loss-related reports. Travel to client sites may be required; strong client relationships and cross-functional collaboration are essential. Requires a Bachelor’s degree plus relevant client-service experience, CA Fire & Casualty Solicitors license, and strong insurance terminology proficiency; advanced designations preferred. Salary range $64,700–$120,400 plus incentives; comprehensive rewards package offered.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years of daily World Class Client service (or equivalent)
- California Fire & Casualty Solicitors license
- Strong understanding of insurance terminology and brokerage functions
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
