Job Summary
As a Client Manager on the Business Insurance team, you will assist clients with service and risk management needs, manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers, and provide exceptional service while driving growth. Key responsibilities include answering client questions, resolving billing issues, and making policy changes in a timely and professional manner. Candidates must have a high school diploma, a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Insurance, and a Property & Casualty license. Strong communication and customer service skills, along with knowledge of Business Insurance coverages, are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business Insurance
- Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain in 90 days of employment)
- Insurance designations (i.e. INS, AAI, CISR) or demonstrated knowledge of Business Insurance coverages
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
Desired Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- Experience using Sagitta, EPIC, CSR24, ImageRight, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Prior experience working with Trucking clients
- Working towards CPCU, CIC, ARM, and/or AU designations
