Job Summary
Assist Sales Representatives in the renewal process and identify opportunities to add additional lines of coverage to existing business. Proactively mine for Add Issue opportunities by generating reports and strategies, then produce quotes and plan options for additional lines. Handle incoming renewal requests, follow up with producers and assistants on Renewal/Add Issue status, and deliver renewals via email or mail. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Guardian systems including Salesforce, CPS, and Panorama, interpreting and communicating renewal rates, plan options, and coverage recommendations to clients. Review Experience Reports with Sales Consultants and package appropriate reports based on authorization. This role requires a hybrid schedule with occasional travel within the Chicago and Great Lakes regions.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years industry experience
- BA or BS Degree
- Preferred location: Chicago and the Great Lakes Region
- Hybrid work arrangement (partial in-office presence; partial work from home)
- Occasional travel within the territory required
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
