Job Summary
Client Manager for Alight Leave Solutions in Virginia. Serves as primary point of contact for assigned Leave Solutions Clients, handling day-to-day operations, client relationship management, and escalation handling. Leverages expertise in Absence and Disability to resolve complex claim issues, advises on leveraging Alight’s One Alight service model, provides technical and domain insight to clients and internal teams, supports pre/post-production testing and defect management, and coordinates cross-functional collaboration. Requires at least 3 years of client/ broker relationship management experience (or advanced education equivalent), ability to travel 20-25%, and residency in Virginia. Emphasizes flexible working arrangements, potential remote work, and ongoing background checks; salary range $55,000-$70,000 with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Have at least 3 years of direct Client/Broker Relationship management experience or advanced education equivalent
- Must reside in the state of Virginia
- Be able to travel 20-25% and reside in the state of Virginia
- Possess deep operational, relationship building, and issue resolution skills
- Demonstrate understanding of contracts, pricing and financial models
- Have experience identifying and anticipating risk and implementing effective risk mitigation plans
- Demonstrate industry experience in HR services / outsourcing, Business Management, Disability / absence, and/or Healthcare
- Be able to travel 20-25% and reside in the state of Virginia
