Job Summary
Client Manager at Obie supporting Agency Account Managers with recruitment/onboarding of agents, national appointments, and account management; assists with sales plans, data analysis, growth opportunities, partner onboarding, and maintaining agency relationships in the independent agent channel; requires licensing plus agency experience, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Excel/Sheets and CRM tools, and comfort in a high-growth insurance/real estate context.
Required Qualifications
- Active Property and Casualty license required
- 1+ years of experience working in an agency or with agency partners
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive problem-solving and ownership mentality
- Knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Passion for early-stage startups and/or high growth environments
- Able to deal well with ambiguity and maintain composure in complex situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, Power Point/Google Slides and CRM reporting tools
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
