Job Summary
Develop, grow and maintain the relationship between Marsh Risk and assigned private middle-market clients; manage, renew and coordinate insurance programs; identify potential new clients and cultivate relationships to expand business; prospect via cold calls and other channels; support junior colleagues in prospecting; maintain client relationships through in-person meetings; stay informed on industry developments and attend events; collaborate with Marsh’s internal specialties; possess a Master’s degree in Economics, Law or related field and strong communication skills; hybrid work arrangement with at least three days per week in the Torino office.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Economics, Law or a related/similar field
- Proven professional experience in a client-facing role at an insurance broker or other player in the insurance sector
- A broad professional network and deep knowledge of the territory and potential clients in the assigned geographic area
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercial mindset, strategic thinking and results orientation
- Teamwork orientation
- Systematic and pragmatic approach
- Good knowledge of English language
