Job Summary
Client Management Administrator to support onboarding, updates, and account closures for internal and international clients; manage client information and documentation; set up and maintain data in internal systems; generate regulatory reports (Banxico/SPID); handle online banking setups and modifications; collaborate with cross-functional teams including Compliance, IT, and Product; contribute to client experience and process efficiency through effective communication and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Recent graduates in business-related fields or candidates with at least 1 year of experience in client management or operational roles
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook
