Job Summary
Maintain accurate client and matter records while liaising with fee earners and secretarial staff to prepare invoices in compliance with client billing policies. Manage the full production cycle of invoices, including uploading final documents to the E-billing platform and monitoring receivables reports to resolve internal and external queries. Assist with periodic client-driven reporting, manage client directives regarding billing procedures, and support routine administrative and data management tasks for legal and regulatory projects. Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Aderant/Adex billing, and advanced Microsoft Office skills. Based in the Cayman Islands, this role offers a discretionary performance-based bonus, pension, and fully covered health insurance.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with legal professionals, clients, and internal stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain external client relationships while delivering a high standard of client service
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy under pressure
- Calm, confident, and professional approach with excellent judgment and decision-making skills
- Experience with Aderant/Adex billing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Suitably qualified Caymanians or residents with Employment Rights
