Job Summary
Coordinate clinician schedules, manage leave requests, and ensure shifts are covered efficiently while keeping clients informed of changes. Assist with clinician onboarding and offboarding to support operational transitions, and conduct compliance checks to validate timesheets before coordinating with payroll for accurate compensation. Serve as the primary contact for scheduling queries, fostering strong relationships with both the clinical team and external clients. This role requires experience with rostering in healthcare, with Shiftcare knowledge preferred, and involves working autonomously to manage multiple priorities.
