Job Summary
Analyze and interpret documents, regulations, and procedures for international clients to ensure compliance with legal and tax obligations. Provide corporate support by handling filings such as incorporations, amendments, mergers, and document retrieval while drafting and managing agreements and board resolutions. Maintain customer portfolios through data entry of client information and electronic filings, proactively offering services to grow existing business. Organize management board and shareholder meetings and nurture relationships with stakeholders including law firms and notaries. Report to the EMEA Service Delivery Leader within a team supporting clients across Germany.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of professional experience in an international company, law firm, tax advisory firm, or audit/accounting firm
- Solid knowledge of French corporate law
- Basic understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles
- Fluent in both French and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
