Job Summary
Executive Director Client Lead at DTCC responsible for managing front-to-back relationships with a defined portfolio of global clients, shaping and delivering client strategy, driving growth across lines and functions, and acting as a trusted advisor and industry connector. Leads collaboration with General Managers and product experts to ensure seamless execution, guides strategy and product roadmap based on client needs, and drives measurable business value while aligning with regulatory requirements and risk management. The role emphasizes senior-level relationship management, strategic growth, cross-functional leadership, and partner alignment across DTCC's capabilities to deliver unified client experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Excellent understanding of solution selling and sales process
- Prior experience of successfully managing in a matrixed environment
- Operations minded to improve efficiency and transparency within function
- Proven ability to provide appropriate coaching, feedback and resources to develop team to fullest potential
- Established track record for delivery in a sales and account management role
