Job Summary
Senior Client Lead / Event Producer responsible for end-to-end delivery of large-scale B2B events and conferences, owning timelines, run-of-show, and all moving parts from pre-production through onsite execution. Direct technical production including staging, AV, scenic, and show flow; step into key onsite roles as needed (Show Caller, Executive Producer, Stage Manager); troubleshoot in real time to keep initiatives on track and ensure a seamless attendee experience across registration, content, and environment. Act as the day-to-day senior lead across accounts, managing client expectations, status updates, and production milestones; build and manage detailed budgets and production plans; lead cross-functional teams and manage vendors across venues, AV, fabrication, and talent. Travel frequently across North America and operate in a delivery-first, fast-paced environment with hybrid/remote work options. Location: Hybrid / Remote (North America travel required). Required Qualifications
- 6–8+ years of experience in B2B events, conferences, or production-heavy agency environments
- Direct experience delivering large-scale B2B programs, including conferences, executive/C-suite forums, trade shows, employee programs, and stage-based brand experiences
- Strong hands-on production expertise (run shows, floorplans, AV, staging)
- Experience owning budgets, timelines, and delivery from start to finish
- Strong communication skills with clients
- Willingness to travel frequently throughout CDN and US and work flexible hours/weekends as required
