Job Summary
Responsible for technical onboarding and end-to-end integration of publisher partners onto the CoreSource platform; serves as the primary technical liaison between CoreSource, publishers and partners; defines integration requirements, manages project timelines, and ensures accurate system configuration, data exchange, and file validation; implements process improvements to increase integration efficiency and data quality; ensures a controlled transition to ongoing operational support and emphasizes proactive communication, strong account management, and a positive customer experience that meets or exceeds client expectations; requires technical abilities, disciplined project execution, and consistent stakeholder communication to support reliable platform adoption and system performance; manages onboarding project plans, coordinates and communicates issues between CoreSource and publishers and tracks resolution to completion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or directly related year-for-year experience
- 1 year of technical support experience
- 2 years of customer service experience
