Job Summary
Respond to inbound telephone, email, and online enquiries regarding injuries and insurance claims. Conduct initial client interviews, gather information, and assess whether the firm can assist. Explain services and intake processes while managing enquiries through CRM and practice management systems. Request preliminary documents, assist with client onboarding and file establishment, and liaise with solicitors regarding potential new matters. Maintain accurate records, file notes, and enquiry tracking.
