Job Summary
Client Intake Coordinator responsible for being the first voice clients hear, guiding prospective clients through the intake process, overcoming objections, and converting conversations into commitments. Drive client commitment through value communication and objection handling, maintain a full pipeline with timely follow-ups, document client information for seamless handoffs, track personal performance against KPIs, collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high-quality client experience from intake to program start, and maintain a results-driven, quota-attuned mindset. Requires 2+ years in sales or a sales-adjacent, customer-facing role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas, strong consultative communication skills, resilience, accountability, and leadership tendencies. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a sales, sales-adjacent, or performance-driven customer-facing role
- proven track record of hitting quotas or performance benchmarks
- strong consultative communication skills
- self-motivated and competitive by nature
- some leadership experience or upward trajectory encouraged
