Job Summary

The position emphasizes quota-driven performance, conversion targets, and a structured, metrics-based approach to driving commitments and client progression.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a sales, sales-adjacent, or performance-driven customer-facing role
- proven track record of hitting quotas or conversion targets
- strong consultative communication skills
- self-motivated and competitive by nature
- leadership experience or upward trajectory encouraged
