Job Summary
Own the first interaction with every prospective client and deliver a confident, compelling introduction to Serenity’s programs. Drive client commitment by addressing objections, guiding conversations toward decisive next steps, and maintaining a full pipeline with timely follow-up. Consistently meet and exceed sales-oriented KPIs including conversion rates and client progression metrics. Gather and document client information for seamless handoffs, track performance, identify gaps, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high-quality client experience from intake through program start. The role emphasizes strong consultative communication, resilience, and a closer’s mindset, with opportunities for growth as Serenity expands.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a sales, sales-adjacent, or performance-driven customer-facing role — retail sales, inside sales, appointment setting, or client development strongly preferred
